Kars Arts Center
 Anadolu Kültür`s activities in Kars started with the 2004 Caucasus Cultural Festival, which was organized by the Municipality of Kars to enhance cultural cooperation among the region.
Kars Arts Center (KAC) was established in February 2005, with the assignment of Public Education Center -which was belong to Directorate of Kars National Education before- to the Municipality of Kars. Between 2005 and 2009, with the collaboration of Anadolu Kültür and Municipality of Kars, KAC functioned as a cultural communication center, not only for Kars, but also for Turkey, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
KAC is the only multi-purpose hall in the city and it turned into a center that locals can come together for different purposes. KAC as a art complex that has a multi-purpose hall for 311 persons, an art gallery that has international standarts, a dark room prepared for photography works and two workshop halls, hosted lots of activities between 2005 and 2009, including film screenings, plays, concerts etc.
The opening concert of KAC brought together for the first time musicians from Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan in a joint performance, attended by 37 countries` ambassadors to Turkey. People of the Caucasus, estranged by generations of political discord and dissociation, have since been collaborating on projects such as `The Young Eyes of the Caucasus`, transcending prejudices and conflict to interact with each other through arts and cultural activity in an environment free of prejudice and conflict.
The activities that were organized in Kars Arts Center; workshops, exhibitions, plays and music performances, have functioned as an important meeting place for the locals and for whole the Caucaus region.
In 2009, after the local elections, according to the decision of the Municipality, KAC was transferred to Public Educational Center of Directorate of National Education.
WORKSHOPS Since KAC`s opening, a workshop program had been developed with the people in Kars and KAC hosted various workshops about music, theater, literature, photography, painting, ballet etc. The outcomes of the workshops that were held by the experts in Kars or the trainers coming from other cities has been also exhibited in KAC.

FILM SCREENINGS As an important meeting point for Kars and the people of the region, KAC had also become one of the venues for the European Film Festival- Golden Goose Film Contest. During the festival, KAC hosted the screenings and provided the necessary technical infrastructure, such as 35 mm screening machine, DVD, projection and sound system.
KAC also hosted weekly film screenings of Kars Cinema Assosiation, which was established in 2008.
EXHIBITIONS Since 2005, Kars Arts Center`s art gallery hosted local, national and international exhibitions with the periods of fifteen days. Through photography and paintings; people in Kars had the chance to experience different lives, art forms and experiences from Istanbul, Malmö, Kars, Turkey and the world. KAC also hosted some multi-national exhibitions like `The Young Eyes of the Caucasus`.

SEMINARS Because KAC is the only multi-purpose hall of the city, it became a venue for the locals to follow up various activities on various subjects. In addition to art and cultural activities, there were also activities organized about the subjects like; health, politics, sports, journalism.
